Cardiff Experimental Cancer Medicine Centre (ECMC) aims to develop biomarkers, novel therapeutic approaches to cancer treatment and expand tissue banking. The Centre has a particular focus on acute myeloid leukaemia (AML) and conducts pre-clinical testing of novel agents that could lead to new treatments for the disease.
